SELF MYOFASCIAL RELEASE WORKSHOP
This two part workshop will explore using roller balls and techniques to self-massage and stretch. Learn about fascia and the benefits of rolling and creating a self-care routine.
Sept 21st will focus on rolling and stretches for the hips and upper body, while Sept 28 will focus on the hips into the lower body.
